• Full payment must be made at the time of making your Reservation

• Infants between the 0 - 3 stay for free.
• Children between the ages of 4 - 12  years are charged 50% adult rate when sharing with 2 adults (max 2 children)
• Children between the ages of 13 - 18 years are charged 75%  adult rate when sharing with 2 adults.
• Minimum age of 4 years for boat trips on lakes, minimum age of 8 years for guided canoeing and turtle drives. 
• Children of all ages allowed on the Raffia forest walk and 4x4 excursion to Kosi mouth. 

All Seasons:

• Cancellations 0 to 7 days prior to arrival 90% cancellation fee. Cancellations 8 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations 30 to 60 days prior to arrival 10% cancellation fee.
• No-show bookings will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• Early departures will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• All cancellation fees are calculated based on total room charge. Should travel not be possible due to any COVID19 related cause or government restrictions we will allow deferral of travel for 12 months within the corresponding season.
